The Winding Wheel in Chesterfield is the venue in March, and the Assembly Rooms in Derby is where the October meeting is held. Inspirational speakers have included - Gloria Hunniford, Pam Ayres and Dame Jenni Murray.

There is an Annual General Meeting of WI every June. In recent years these have been held at a variety of venues around the country e.g. Cardiff, Liverpool and London.
